Critical momentActually I disagree, this is a defining moment for Peregrine. If they can not come to terms with a partner after a PEA, and remember they could not fill the last rights offering, how will they find the capital to do a winter program they have announced in the media let alone a FS?
The longer we wait for funding news, despite the permitting done, the closer we get to not having a winter program this year, and the harder it will be to raise capital, as it will be over 2 years since any newsworthy work has been done on the ground.
With no partner or funding agreement in the next week or two, only option for us will be diluted into oblivion, almost there now, and with no funding news, were broke, with no prospects of new news and we will be on life support.
For the longs, it is critical.
