RE:Break down
RE:Break downThe SP is at the discretion of individual convictions. 30-40k shares cost nothing but have a huge impact on the price. At the end financing will be the deciding factor. A rights offering will kill the SP, at least for 6 months. A PP will support it, at least temporarily, but after that you have the results coming, anticipation would be supporting as well. A JV or sale would be a big boost but I have little hope for an outright sale. To good to be true.
I consider lower prices before an announcement better for us. Hard to believe (but not impossible) that Robert is going to risk flooding the market with shares by issuing rights at 10-15c, not when he has the option to do a PP at 20-25c. An SP at 25-30c would let them offer rights at 20-25c with a backstop so they would not have to shell out 35-40c for the same shares. I see little chance for shelving the winter program.
