The SP is at the discretion of individual convictions. 30-40k shares cost nothing but have a huge impact on the price. At the end financing will be the deciding factor. A rights offering will kill the SP, at least for 6 months. A PP will support it, at least temporarily, but after that you have the results coming, anticipation would be supporting as well.
