That is the thing with this company. The Friedlands have so much ownership that they basically control the sale price. They did not sink as much money into this thing just to turn around and sell it for a 0.40/share, considering the PEA they have now shows it generating $120mil per year on just the tops of CH-6/7. It creates a difficult environment for average retail investors that may not have any additional money or time to wait. Personally I don't believe the Friedlands will sell half of this for peanuts just to improve share price, they will raise the $7.5mil in-house, possibly bring in one of their friends to backstop it so they don't go over their ownership % and we drop in the short term. If you do not have more money to commit to this or a long(3-5year) investment time frame this is a really dangerous stock to be in. Long term this mine gets made but how much dilution does it suffer on the way there is the question. Right now all the Canadian diamond miners are near their 52-week lows and are greatly out of favor.
