RE:RE:RE:DO-27 - leap forwardYes - Washington also has a machinery company (Komatsu gear) AND a company that specializes in damn construction - as well as the reclamation company. He would be a good steward of the mine...and he may very well be the only interested party. Regardless, they will still not build Jay. Nobody will. Its a billion dollar bet on a recovering small diamond market - and it costs more to move that dirt than it will ever pay.
