RE:Quiz time

RE:Quiz time
This was always a possibility and in my earlier postings I mentioned how I was preparing for this event. It is unfortunate but not really all that unexpected. I have appreciated the fact that management has always given first crack to its shareholders, not juicy private placements. It is not a perfect situation as it requires more money being put in before further gains can be seen. There are many other places to put your money but for me personally I will be fully exercising all of my rights on my 600,000 shares and I will be over subscribing for the maximum amount. Why? 1. Great deposit in a great location. As I have always said if this deposit was anywhere in NWT we would trump KDI easily but because its Nunavut and on an island people are scared. Iqaluit is the Yellowknife of Nunavut and is not getting any credit for how much infrastructure and community support there is for this. 2. Management has shown once again they are willing to put up or shut up. Many people here would rather see a project dilution for a quick cash out and be done with it. I did not get into this to see $10 turn into $20, I want to see the full potential of this project realized. If it was between selling a % of this company at a huge discount or raising funds in-house by diving into their own pockets it shows a commitment to the company to choose the latter. 3. Sprott's willingness to backstop. Rick Rule is not a fan of diamonds, he has said this many times. He is a big believer in anything Robert Friedland but had not gotten involved in PGD until now. Good partner to have. Those are my reasons and I am not advocating this to anyone.
