As Mike has pointed out, the speculation is the driver, and with Pgd the specution is geared to how and in what form will the company raise funds to move forward and folks are very nervous and worried about the various prospects that will lead to the SP being eroded, again, by further stock dilution, thus keeping it down.

I think we can all agree, we need a partner, soon, to in any way hope for a good jump in the SP, otherwise, this is indeed going to be a pig.  And I guess you will need to ask yourself, how long am I willing to hold on to this pig before everything slips away into the a deep hole.
