RE:RE:MD 18 million shares traded already

RE:RE:MD 18 million shares traded alreadywatch insider IMO, not sure if the rules are the same during a buyout, but if DeBeers goes over 10%, or anyone else for that matter, they will have to report?  IF another entity is interested, they would have to act very quickly on the news, over 30 million shares yesterday, already around 22/23 today.  No other interested company would have bought millions of shares without board approvals.  My bet is DeBeers is the majority on the bid.  The longer this goes at a high volume, and if it is DeBeers, the easier it will be for them to block with the support of Eric and Bobbie.  If another steps up, then they could have millions of shares to sell to the highest bidder and put a tidy profit in their pocket.  IMO, Eric capitualted, interesting to see the statement about "further" dilution spewing from the same mouths who said rights were not dilutive, really funny, and a lesson for the clowns here who all agreed that discounted rights are not dilutive, cough cough.  Your welcome.  See CEO pgd sight where ekim posted the buy outs for management, impressive coin, even at Canadian value, sorry to my Canadian friends on that dig.  IMO, hold to see if a white knight comes in, you will save the commision if they don't and you surrender your shares when called, if they do, your up a little more, good luck.
