The Final Countdown...

The Final Countdown...If DeBeers is prepared to purchase PGD it’s confirmation in my view that Chidliak is a mine...If Chidliak then is worthy of a mine why such a steep discount? I’ve always seen a JV as the way forward for DeBeers and PGD...it was the only way in my opinion to bridge the value of what we know with the value of what we don’t know, fair for both. I never saw a scenario where PGD would get pushed off the project unless it was a number that reflected some future value...It seems the opposite is true.

If you assume the mine cost in the PEA is too low and you deduct some value for the time and money needed to be spent to get to a mine decision (actually...the decision has just been made) you’re still well above the value today. DeBeers isn’t spending $100,000,000 to roll the dice, they’ve been all over this for 4 or 5 years now so this to DeBeers is a certainty, so why the steep discount?

So begs only one question...why?

Were they confident enough in the interest from the other two groups that they would just take the only offer they could gather and put PGD in play, putting some urgency to the fence sitters?

I’m just not sure what else could be at play here...The current value is less than what the project was worth based on the DeBeers JV in 2012.

One week to go...
