Two spin-offs coming
Botswanna DVI and Peregrine exploration.
I thought Botswanna was part of PGexploration.

I've been thinking the same thing. Not so much a spin-off but the timing of the rights offering may be more related to Botswana.

The Rights circular claims Botswanna is a subsidiary of PGD as is Peregrine Exploration. Two separate entities in my books!

Sorry madmann don't see it. In the news release regarding management change it only mentions Peregrine Diamonds Ltd. and Peregrine Exploration Ltd. In the rights offer it mentions Botswana Exploration (capital on exploration) but not as a subsidiary of PGD. Did I miss something? by the way, thanks for changing the topic!!! :)

Page 16 of the Rights Offering Circular I received in the mail today says "peregrine Botswana BVI Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the company".......
