Privatization by default?
Interesting timing of the rights offering.
Issued and prevent anyone taking tax losses due to "pending news".
News apparently already in public domain more or less courtesy of Will P. & Tom (Dr.) Pgd
Rights worthless......... Freidlands etc scoop all unexercised anyway to increase position.
Back to Blah Blah Blah,
S/P tanks per majority of other Candian Diamond Stocks.
Does not go into receivership due to Principals. Principals take pgd private. end of story!

You are right. Why privatize for 40-50c when they will give it to you for 10c?
