Increased their ownership from 41.2% to 42.9% without doing any oversubscribing.

Got to love the 'deemed' term. Basically means that if Robert was the only person to exercise his rights and no one else did, he would own 28.65% of PGD. It comes a bit across as negative. He could have owned 28.65%, but now he only owns 25.34%. Reality is that he has increased his holdings. More press to go around anyway. LOnG...PGD EKIM
