Speaking of shorts. Peregrine's short position has increased to 1.5 million shares from two weeks ago. What does that say?

Hmmmm, not entirely sure why at this stage one would be interested in shorting this, unless you’re gambling the deal gets kebashed, which is possible, but unlikely.
