Cash coming

Maybe next week. I don't think De Beers will mess around with payment.

I have no idea why the stock doesn't get halted pending delisting.
I don't see any point on trading today.

It has been an interesting chat room over the years. learned a lot.
Maybe, we won't use diamond knowledge in future investments...but we should all be now experts on Rights offering and that is not going away in the Canadian market. They have made it easier and I think we will see more...not less of them....for good or bad.

Too bad SH will eventually archive the history here. They didn't used to...but that changed at some point.

Where to next for me? Ironically I'm going back in time. Before PGD...my #1 holding was BIM who was taken out by Arcellor/US private company. I have mentioned that a few times here. BIM's classaction lawsuit was certified by the courts in May despite information provided by the defendants. It moves onto the next stage and we will see if there is a settlement or court decided amount...or nothing at all. Rec'd $1.50 per share back in 2011...Be nice to get another 50 cents or $1 sometime in the next couple of years.

FYI - BIM's asset is on the North end of Baffin Island versus Chidliak at the South End. There is a lot money on that island. De Beers explored baffin Island well before Chidliak was discovered...but they were on the wrong area of the island.
