Levon Shareholder - Questions for Pershing Investors.

I know that others here have mentioned that their connection to Pershing is through ownership of Levon. That is also the case for me, but I am also invested in this district through Rye Patch and Terraco (NSR on Waterton's Spring Valley project). I have invested in this sector a long time, and during my lcareer in corporate real estate management I dealt with several PGM and other mining companies. Yet I am not a mining expert by any stretch of the imagination. With that disclosure, I am an optimist on what I believe will be major mining development on these company's properties. Rye Patch is already producing at near commercial levels after starting the leaching a few months back. In 2018 Rye Patch should reach about the same annual production targeted by Pershing's PFS, 100,000 ounces.  Waterton is a private equity firm, so they will most likely sell to a mining company looking to combine several assets in the area. Seems to me Pershing is a likely target together with the others. I don't know enough about Pershing"s executives to know how likely a takeover might be their ultimate strategy. Has this been a topic discussed recently on this board?
