the merger activity,but it looks like a downer instead of an upper along with USA going down also,so glta but maybe we should me smoking pot if this keeps up.

The link below has a date of April 5th, but the year is unclear, but may be 2012.  In reviewing old press releases, Pershing seems to have had a revolving door of Directors come and go.  ...more

The 35.6% is from Page 4, footnote 5, of Pershing's Sept. 2018 Investor Presentation.  In addition, he has been actively accumulating as recently as 8/28/18.   See Pershing website ...more

I don't find "Pershing" in this press release...

It must have been referenced somewhere, for the jump in trading and price drop.  There are also many other names and entities in this release to look for.  It does reference activity from ...more

I don't see Phillip Frost or Barry Honig with any apparent ties to the Board of Directors I didn't find them in the list of institutional investors, at least not under their names.  They ...more

The SEC charges may be about old news & former shareholders

Do your own checking.  The press release identifies Phillip Frost and Barry Honig as "majority investors".  I am not sure either or both are still involved at all.  I think ...more
