RE:big things gunna happen Can someone explain to me why they think the farm bill passing is a good thing for a company like VIDA?

All I see is BiG AG companies like DuPont and Monsanto growing miles of hemp and collapsing the price.  Hemp extract products without THC are already legal in the US, so why is the farm bill a catalyst for small scale cbd/hemp companies?
