Unfortunately Phivida gets lumped in with the slumping pot stocks, even though it's pretty much a separate market. I wouldn't expect a large surge in share price until FDA nonsense is sorted out and some solid sales are shown. The real downside to the lagging FDA approval is that other companies are going to have a chance to catch up, which will hurt the OKI brand market share.
