Aren't more shares coming out soon??? If it trades over $1 for 10 consecutive days? Won't that bring the price down?

More shares only mean business got more cash to run business, those more shares are theough isolated but controled transaction, it does not mean more shares got flooded to markets that cause orice drop. so to the markets and investors that only building up confidence and desire to buy more, whcih will result in price climb up further....

In other companies the price went down when shares were added so we will see.

My suggestion is you wait untill February to buy in.
