Increasing volume

Someone is loading up to the high heavens with cheap shares

Some fluffer is also dumping in small numbers all day long as to not crater the stock. This is a new trading pattern for Vida. Seems no coincedence that it's tied up with the Wikala deal. I dont believe it's the old management because they just market dumped without a care about the stock price.

Looking more into this. These Anonymous sells are looking like the 3,206,000 free trading shares from the Wikala acquisiton. Since closing on May 28, 2.8 million shares dumped through anonymous.

Fair enough. I don’t know at all obviously. Just trying to figure out the selling. And I thought I saw somewhere that there were some free trading out of the deal that’s all.

You're correct I think only 87% of the shares were locked for 12 months.  I could be wrong on the number but it wasn't 100%.

So for the 13% that wasn’t locked, doesn’t that mean that if any of those shares are sold it would be public knowledge? Insider selling?
Comment by status8 on Jun 26, 2019 1:42pm
Those shares would just appear as sold shares if the seller does not qualify as an insider. If an insider than sales of the shares would require disclosure.
