The companies he is involved with seem pretty legit. The Tevosol company is a solid looking enterprise. Deep dive into Tevosol.  Nothing screams a scam there.

A legitimate company would have a ceo focused on one company.

Don't disagree, but as interim one has to ask did he want this? or was there nobody else. Not hating on you or the company.  I agree they need a CEO, but many times a CEO is handcuffed by the board and vice versa.  Unless we are sitting at the table we have no idea what is going on.
