So hard to charge and prove up any collusion.
As an initial shareholder I have been my own worse enemy. Lost 97+% of my multiple purchases trying to support and grow this company. Management mislead shareholders, did not deliver on their word and or action plan. I continue to kick myself for not bailing at 50-60% loss range. I hope James and the gang get what they have coming to them, negative karma. Problem is they hide their actions and trail of deceit very well behind lawyers and accountants.
With a honest management team this could have been a going concern and ALL shareholders would have benefited. When does this company get delisted????
