40 M loss due to Cubeler purchase
Wow, almost 40 million of the 2022 losses were due to the Cubeler purchase. I am sure when JJ developed Cubeler he did so on his own time and not Company time, nor did he use any of Temets money in the development of Cubeler (Haha).
The whole Cubeler transaction smells really bad.

ya the Cubeler purchase was badly executed, the only good thing is that the losses are mainly from the value decrease of the share price, at 70 cents a share its probably now worth what it should have cost in the first place.
