14 cents Private placement

Once PKK sells out their first tranche I expect the shares to fall below 14 cents.
Now they need to keep the share price above the PP price to sell out.
1st tranche closes on or about June 9th.

PKK is trading now almost exactly how I thought it would.  GLTA still holding.
