Good tactical no nonsense move....
.. by Penhale. China economy should continue to improve. Shareholders spared a JJ over-the-top- dilution. JJ eat your dumplings out. Penhale is da man! :) Hoping for much better margins even if some revenue is lost due to "Penhalification" of some unprofitable segments that JJ most likely kept in place.
This PP should have been done a long time ago by getting Chinese investment skin into a company that is well-appreciated and doing good for the SMEs over there.
Penhale 1.... JJ zero. Enjoy the dumplings there buddy. I voted for the current board members for the electoin of directors. Tenet can be a very good value play if China reverts back to its golden egg revenue era we had just before Covid hit.
Form 7 out in about a week and a half from now.
