Nobody audited the outrageous forecasts of revenue and ebitda or the fair value of Cubeler purchase.

Cuebler was the main cause..Not  sure if the new CEO can help us especially if the new raise is done at 14 cts which the price when we were a shell. Hopefully in time the company survives but looks like we need Golden to promote the China business
