To be fair... the Biden administration's decision to go after NASDAQ-listed companies who were making most of their revenue from China is what started the fall, remember? A couple of hundred or so NASDAQ companies were directly affected, Tenet was one of them. Bad timing of events, but it was on JJ's plate for not hitting the capital markets quickly for a raise.
