Possible... but that will happen only with a dollar devaluation i.e. oil is at 200+ and gold at 4000+... in which case we will all be wealthy.

On a standalone basis, the previous cycle where U3O8 went upto almost 150 ensured that a whole lot of projects have come about that are relatively low cost... say as compared to the athabasca producers.

Plenty of juniors that can produce around 5Mlb/a for $30-40 and have a decent margin that I think it will be difficult to breach 40 anytime soon. Remember even the majors such as Energy Fuels and UEC are almost idling their plants (production less than 1Mlb/a) and they can easily take it up to 7Mlbs at $40. So supply can be ramped up relatively fast -- ofcourse the CEO of these majors project a different story just to keep up their morale. 

Unless ofcourse, as they say, "the trees of the birchwood forest comes to dunsianne castle".
