RE:RE:Next NewsIf you do the fair value analysis of PLU using the following parameters..
1. LCE of 2.5 MT with selling price of 10,000/t (I think market price of grade produced by PLU will be close to 17,000/t today) with annual production going upto 100,000 t by 2025
2. Capex of 600M funded 80% thru debt
3. U3O8 of 50Mlbs at Falchani with annual production ramping upto 5 Mlbs by 2025 at a selling price of 40..
These will lead to a fair value of PLU today of CAD 25...
I am sure these guys know it and hence buying by the truckloads. Maybe they will eventually sell it to somebody from timbaktu... who cares... the buyers will come when the value becomes obvious.
