RE:Why declineI have 400 stocks on my Reuters-screen and it's been a mess ever since October. Market momentum is broken, it will take time to repair. Best place to be in seem to be gold (just gaining strength again (1.240 USD per ounce will be very important IF it can be breached) and uranium (really looks like a new bullmarket). Cameco is leading the charge but in junior land it's difficult out there. Look at uranium darling "Fission Uranium", really tough out there for the moment. Nothing specific in regards to Plateau, I think fundamentals on ALL fronts are getting stronger by the day and the upside is huge, but you need a general market sentiment that is at least a bit okay.
