It has traded over $1, and it will again. When the news starts flowing... First will be the process route update, then regulatory framework update. Then buckle up. You can 'feel' the markets anticipation of this newsflow. Look at the way Relling and Disbrow have been sucking up shares under 70c lately, even after participating in a PP at 95c. This is one of those cases where technical analysis aligns with the fundamental side of the project.
