But as a smaller scale investor, I can't help wondering what would happen with sp if uranium legal framework is rejected or delayed, given some investors misinformation that could be quite a unique buying opportunity. But don't get me wrong, I think it's going to be approved by the Congress (and it isn't as crucial as many investors think) but market's perception could be different at some point of time.
