RE:RE:Regarding the "lithium legislation" proposed by Congress

RE:RE:Regarding the "lithium legislation" proposed by CongressI have certainly thougth about sending her a letter, but... it seems to me the right thing to do really depends on what is the state of the administrative path PLU is currently following to solve the concessions issue.

On the one hand, if they are making good progress, then incorporating congressmen into the matter could only add more risks. Albeit it's clear that Mrs. Apaza has the intention to promote Falchani, I'm not sure what her reaction or that of her colleagues (remeber Orlando Arapa?) would be. It must be noted here that some of these congressmen (including Apaza) don't have a profession (only school), so I don't think they would understand the details.

On the other hand, if no progress is being made and the only solution is to wait for the judicial process, then maybe it would be good to have the Congress involved. However, to mininimize risks I'd wait until the second Medida Cautelar is granted (15 remaining claims), which is taking more time than expected apparently because of the "pandemic delays".

But, again, I can't help wonder what the congressmen's reaction would be if somehow they became aware of the concessions issue...
