That might be the glass is half full way to look at it but I look at it this way.  It is the only way a management group that has been totally disfunctional, arrogant and negligent can con another few unwitting investors into parting with their cash and buying in.  They will then use the cash to pay their big salaries for another year, do nothing and when the money is starting to dry up do it all over again.  Believe me, they are not trying to do anything for the investors, they are just lining their own pockets.  You just have to look at past history.  It's what you get when you allow a Vancouver crook to run and Alberta Oil and Gas junior from his house in Vancouver.  It is at best a shell game.  They have used up all of the money they have conned out of investors so far and completed absolutely nothing, why would this offering be any different?  If I was looking at this I would be asking why they only value the stock at ten cents in two years?? If it is above that I will be the first one to come on here and say I was wrong.  I won't have to worry about that, unless these four useless waste of skins decide to resign, get fired or sell their shares.  And why would they?  They will continue to get paid big salaries, bonuses and stock options to sit on their butts and collecgt money from fools who don't know better.  Am I pissed?  Yea, I may just be a dumb farmer from the Peace River area but they sold us doswn the river a long time ago.  I will tell it the way I see it.
