I've lost lots of money with this deal....I wonder how they plan to raise any money at a nickel when Miroslava and Richard have huge dispositions in the market at .01-.015!? (Funny that Richard claims that he has never sold a share...he sure seems to gift huge chunks of it away...why is that?!) Most importantly What kind of message does that give to your investors potential or current?!? Furthermore....what kind of directors pay themselves $300,000 salary between the two of them when there is zero revenue!!!
There has to be some kind of standards for people to be a director of a public company! Too bad the AGM wasn't announced for all to come....surely with all the dispositions they're running low on voting power...can't see too many people giving these clowns their votes....IMHO
