If they (management) thought this deal was worth anything why would they sell at these prices?!?
What a JOKE...Looks like the only way to save this ship from sinking is to vote out the board of directors...shouldn't be that tough to do since they've basically blown out all their stock (not much voting power left).
Even then it might be a lost cause IMHO.
Maybe they're trying to get rid of their stock before the government scraps the Penny! (ha ha ha ha!!!)
