- The volume done today so far is about $30k. Big whoop.
- The treasury is bare and huge debts are owed.
- A financing at a nickel means another roll-back to get it done - assuming they can find it.
- With the debt and no financing, this company is finished.
- The company has some oil assets and some big tax credits - but it isn't at all attractive re a takeover because of the huge debt.
- See the other ugly stuff in my last post - and that ain't the half of it.
Caveat emptor.
