Beenaround I hope you're right and things start moving up here.

They do have some decent properties, but never seem to do any work on them, because of lack of money or lack of connections I don't know.  If they can JV with someone or get the right person involved who can make things happen, there is still a chance of a turnaround.  Lots of companies have debt, that can be dealt with as long as they can get their assets working.
