Story well here is the true story, they have promised the world and failed miserably! They owe people a ton of money, yet they seem to have collected a decent paycheck over the years while walking away from debts.
You are correct when you say the shares are cheap, thats because most of us have been taken for on a promise a new company was going to be formed to do all this exploration and bring wells on line etc etc.
Second company has never happened and therefore the shares should have been reversed back to the holders. Guess we would be looking at 1 cent per share if they did reverse.
By no means has this been flying under the radar, word around Calgary is stay well (no pun intended) away!! Good luck in hiring a rig, let alone service companies, water haulers, etc etc. without cash up front. The hill is more like climbing a cliff!
I truly do hope they turn this around as alot of people have lost money here and deserve better.
Honestly I cant figure out why the regulators havent halted this show!
