@beenarouns2012....good luck with your strategy...I once thought (yes past tense) that this stock was going to go up and it got me over $100,000 in the hole!! Clearly this is not (as you put it) the only reason to buy a stock!! I would say, a good management team taking a reasonable pay cheque and coming off of a successful deal, cash in the til, revenue stream(s), good execution on their goals, attractive land package in a good area with room to grow, solid goals with a clear path on how they will achieve them those are some pretty good reasons and hey I'll admit they're NOT the ONLY reasons to buy a stock but they sure are some darn good ones!! (beenaround I hope you read this).
