Is it that time of year again? When BRX will come back and have a NR saying "It was a Regulatory hiccup and it's all sorted out," followed quickly by "We're going to drill wells in _____ . Mgmt is very excited____ etc. etc. etc..." Remember the two wells they drilled in, what, 2006?  Which were never completed and the ERCB took them back and abandoned them? Every year since then people ask "Will this be the year for BRX?"  It won't. If you bought a car in 2006, you'd be selling it right now for less than 1/5 its value. That's where BRX is: you can't put the new car smell back into it. Move on folks, this one isn't coming back.
