CALGARY,July 23, 2012 (TSXV: BRX)   Brixton Energy Corp. (“Brixton”) is pleased to announce the following corporate update.In addition to the contingent 350,000+ acres, the mineral right holder has presented Brixton with joint venture proposal on multiple parcels of proven oil / gas properties also located on the east coast of Canada. Negotiations regarding the second farm in agreement are underway and should be completed by July 30, 2012

It would be nice to have a little more info.
