Above regulations Why is it that some people are above regulations. Mr. Ytreland, director sold 20k shares in Sept. 2011 and reported year later in Sept. 2012. He doesn't even show the price but shares went for some 25 to 30 during that time. Even if SC spotted this they would probably give him slap on a wrist. To me it is pure fraud.
