Endless Decline

What is it going to take for his Board of Directors to take action on this management team. This has to be one of the biggest decliners on the TSX and this group doesn't seem to be in any hurry to drill or slow the decline in production?

If this was a US based stock the management team would have been replaced by now! The Canadian Market is a joke.....IMO
