That's the only thing I could think of as the stock drop and press release happened one after the other.  This obviously makes no sense because if you read the article they've obviously been planning this and have what sounds like an even better replacement.  

I don't understand shareholders as people have been wanting a management change for ages, one comes, and the stock sells off.  Too funny.  

I bought at 9.11 today and smiled at the chance given to me by the trigger happy traders.
