I must have missed that previous anouncement.  Does anyone have a date on that anouncement?

I would hate to see them sell it for so little as it seems to benefit them greatly:

•OCENSA pipeline transportation rights reduces transportation costs by $80 million annually
•OCENSA ownership position provides annual dividend of up to $30 million
