I have no reason to explain why this has shot up almost 10% today other than speculation that someone knows something. 

Maybe they've sold the pipeline assets for a decent price tag or PRE is actually in talks to buy them.  Both of these would be great news.  

I would be a bit disappointed if this is the case because that means this company has some serious information leakage issues.  Others getting a quick buck while we who do our DD and are patient don't get these chances...
