John Wright and Corey Ruttan will be at the head of the new co, Market will interpret their presence as something very bearish. Nobody to explain that to these people ?

Wright and Ruttan have zero credibility in the market today IMHO. They are very good at paying themselves very well though... we are the suckers!!!!
