From my understanding of those 2 documents seems like we could get bought between 5 to 6M USD based on the outstanding 42M shares ill be between 0.119 to 014.2. Somebody came to the same conclusions ? ...more

Not quite sure if it will happen, but we could be getting an update on the company in the near future.  Keeping my fingers crossed and  hoping I can trust the words of others. JMO
