Merck Base inhibitor trial deemed a fail today...The trial has been stopped .... A couple of other trials are still pursuing the Base Inhibitor path but this makes that a bit riskier.... Just another pot hole for pmn to swerve around , I guess... but the Ameloid theory of AD sure seems doomed ....
